NextGen Leaders Network NextGen is not just about winning cash prizes and getting recognition for ideas and projects that can make a difference. NextGen believes strongly in the power and impact of mentoring and networking talented and caring young people. In addition to being matched with one or more international mentors, each NextGen winner will have access to the NextGen Leaders Network giving them access to specialized interactive workshops, problem solving, bulletin boards and brainstorming sessions with their peers. NextGen winners will also have opportunities to participate in special youth-driven projects and peer collaboration to expand or customize already existing projects to new communities and situations.
